Building a successful networking organization is about trust. You have to have trust in your referral partners to treat your clients right, and that they will trust you to do the same.
Trust comes from rapport and experience. We build this together through our group meetings, meeting together 1-on-1 and in small groups, as well as social gatherings for fun. We firmly believe a balance of personal and business connections is a key factor in quality relationships between referral partners. We all work hard and deserve to unwind sometimes!
In addition to these strong relationships are resources. With over 200 years of combined experience among our members, we have amassed significant resources for knowledge and assistance. This means a wealth of knowledge in not only many industries but also how and more importantly WHO may be able to help you accomplish what you need for your clients. Between these resources, it is a rare occasion that we cannot support a member with the help they need to be a hero for their clients.
Lastly, we provide coaching and education. Because of the vast knowledge and experience of our members, there are a wealth of coaching opportunities at your disposal to help you improve your business. This includes periodic workshop offerings, classes, and 1-on-1 coaching to help you get where you want to be in operating your business.
